11 Easy Recipes With Foods to Boost Your Moods

This is not to suggest anyone should initiate a “cold turkey” departure from their prescription medication. Even though we have accepted the role as cheerleaders for “Fresh & Healthy”, we do acknowledge that eating recommended daily servings of fruit and vegetables can get boring after a while. Do you think veggies are only served after 10 AM meals? Actually, where do you think Dr. Seuss got the “green eggs and ham” concept? Start with watermelon chunks, sprinkle with crumbled feta or goat cheese, fresh blueberries, and add a sprig of fresh mint to top it off. Dressed up and pretty enough for a party! Obviously, quick and easy with no recipe needed. Definitely a favorite!
